Maybe I'm missing something here but how is this 3D or a render?

Also you should not class this as stock: The original author has no idea of this 'cut-out' and I am pretty sure they would not want their work used in a ton of other pieces, especially when someone else is promoting it as such. It's not yours to copyright or share to be honest.

Ok, I was thinking render as a 3D form but fair enough.

However this still shouldn't be considered a resource or stock as it's not yours to share or distribute.
